Care for your pan

Allow to cool before hand washing with warm soapy water. Avoid caustic detergents, abrasive or metal-coated sponges, hard-bristled brushes and sharp or metal utensils. Soak food residues for 15–20 minutes, then rinse and dry thoroughly, especially around the rim. Store in a dry place.
