5. Product Types & Availability

We offer two types of products:

🔹 In-Stock Products

  • Shipped within 2–5 business days (Northern Europe)

🔹 Made-to-Order Products

  • Produced individually per customer order
  • Delivery time: up to 8–12 weeks

All delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

7. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities per customer or order

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.

8. Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs
  • Force majeure events

9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – EU)

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Products made according to customer specifications

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Warranty & Liability

We ensure that our products meet applicable EU standards.

However:

  • Products must be used according to instructions
  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

Our products involve heat sources (gas, electricity, charcoal).

By purchasing, you agree:

B2B Terms & Conditions – Fyrheim (Luula Ltd.)

1. Scope

These Business-to-Business (B2B) Terms apply to all sales made by Luula Ltd. (Fyrheim) to business customers, including but not limited to:

  • Restaurants
  • Catering companies
  • Hospitality businesses
  • Retailers and resellers

A business customer (“Customer”) is any legal entity or individual acting in the course of commercial or professional activity.

2. No Consumer Rights

B2B customers are not entitled to consumer protection rights, including:

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal
  • Standard consumer return rights

All purchases are considered final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Orders are considered binding once confirmed by Fyrheim
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion
  • Custom quotations may be provided for larger or project-based orders

4. Pricing & VAT

  • Prices may be shown including or excluding VAT, depending on customer status
  • For EU VAT-registered businesses, reverse charge may apply
  • The customer is responsible for providing valid VAT information

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Full payment is required in advance
  • For large or custom orders, we may require:
    • Partial prepayment (deposit)
    • Remaining balance before shipment

Late payments may result in:

  • Delayed shipment
  • Order cancellation

6. Product Types

🔹 Standard Products

  • Available from stock or standard supply chain

🔹 Made-to-Order Products

  • Manufactured specifically per customer request
  • May include custom configurations, sizes, or specifications

7. Returns & Cancellations

❗ No Returns Policy (B2B)

  • Products sold to business customers are non-returnable, unless defective
  • Order cancellations are not accepted once production has started

❗ Made-to-Order Products

  • Always non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • Production begins after order confirmation or deposit

8. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon:
    • Delivery to the carrier, or
    • Delivery to the customer location

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or external factors.

9. Inspection & Defects

Customers must:

  • Inspect goods immediately upon delivery
  • Report defects within 48 hours

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or installation
  • Use outside intended purpose
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties

Warranty claims are handled at our discretion, including:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Partial refund

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for:
    • Loss of profit
    • Business interruption
    • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods

12. Product Use & Compliance

The customer is responsible for:

  • Proper installation and safe use
  • Compliance with local safety regulations
  • Ensuring suitability for commercial use

13. Intellectual Property & Resale

  • Fyrheim branding and materials may not be used without permission
  • Resellers must obtain written approval for distribution

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Manufacturing delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Regulatory changes

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU regulations.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Latvian courts.
