Rice paper for frying 22 cm 400 g

A crisp wrapper makes a good spring roll worth reaching for. This Vietnamese rice paper is made with rice flour and tapioca starch, in 22 cm sheets for wrapping your choice of filling before frying. Its mild flavour leaves the vegetables, meat or seafood inside to do the talking.

Fill, roll and fry

Try a filling of vegetables and glass noodles, or combine them with minced pork or prawns. Serve the fried rolls warm with fresh herbs and a dipping sauce for a contrast of crisp wrapper, tender filling and bright flavours.

How to prepare
Take one sheet and dip it in water on a plate. Place your prepared filling in the centre. Fold in three sides, then roll to enclose the filling. Fry in oil and serve warm.
