AJINOMOTO chicken stock powder combines dehydrated chicken and chicken fat with yeast extract, white pepper and ginger for a rounded chicken flavour. From soup pot to frying pan

Use as a stock base for soups and stews, stir into sauces, or add to the cooking liquid for rice. It also suits stir-fried noodles and vegetables. Taste before adding extra salt or soy sauce, as the powder already contains salt.
