5-ply construction, aluminium core

Five bonded layers — stainless steel, aluminium, stainless steel, aluminium, stainless steel — deliver even heat distribution across the full base and up the sides. The aluminium core eliminates hot spots and responds quickly to temperature changes. The brushed interior is uncoated stainless steel: no non-stick surface to degrade, no chemicals to consider, just a surface that improves with use.

Straining lid, heat-safe handles

The included lid has discreet integrated straining holes — drain pasta water or pour off cooking liquid directly from the pot without reaching for a colander. The heat-dissipating handles and lid knob are designed for safe, comfortable handling at high temperatures. A practical detail that makes a real difference in daily use.
