2.5mm aluminium core, lid included

The 2.5mm aluminium core distributes heat evenly and efficiently across the 16cm base, eliminating hot spots and reducing the energy needed to maintain a simmer. The 201 stainless steel handle is heat-safe and comfortable. The 304 stainless steel lid is included. Compatible with all stovetops including induction. Dishwasher safe up to 50°C. Wash before first use.
