PUMA IP Set of 3: Santoku and Paring Set
Three knives that complement each other perfectly. The PUMA IP santoku and paring set brings together Japanese blade quality and German design precision — each knife crafted with exceptional care from the finest materials.
Every blade is made from 67-layer Damascus steel with a VG10 core, ice-hardened to approximately 60 HRC for outstanding edge retention. The Pakka wood handles are warp-resistant and ergonomically shaped for confident, comfortable use in any kitchen.
Three Knives, Three Purposes
Santoku — blade 178 mm, total length 315 mm, weight 199 g. Powerful and precise for vegetables, meat and fish.
Paring knife — blade 98 mm, total length 208 mm, weight 69 g. Fine and nimble for delicate work.
