The juice groove running around the perimeter catches liquids and keeps your work surface clean. The sturdy handle makes it easy to carry even when fully loaded. The back of the board has no groove, so it doubles as a serving board or a standard cutting board. One product, three uses.

Care is simple: clean under running water and rub with a little olive oil every now and then — the olive wood retains its warmth and strong grain. Not dishwasher safe.
