The vertical format is not a gimmick — it is the method that makes kebab and gyros what they are. Meat stacked on the central skewer cooks evenly at 200°C as the heat circulates around it, while the fat drips down and bastes the layers below. The result is moist, evenly cooked meat with the characteristic texture that horizontal grilling cannot replicate.
Ten skewers, one session
The ten 23 cm skewers expand the grill beyond the central column — vegetables, prawns, halloumi, or smaller cuts of meat can all cook simultaneously alongside the main skewer. The grease collector beneath keeps the cooking area clean and makes cleanup straightforward.
