Triply construction, three layers of purpose

The pan is built from three bonded layers: an outer layer of 403 stainless steel for induction compatibility and durability, a core of aluminium for rapid and even heat distribution, and an inner cooking surface of 304 18/10 stainless steel — the grade used in professional kitchens for its corrosion resistance and food safety. At 2.3 mm total thickness, the pan holds heat without warping and responds precisely to temperature changes.

No PFOA, no PFOS, no compromise

The cooking surface is bare stainless steel — no non-stick coating, no perfluorinated chemicals. PFOA and PFOS free by construction, not by certification alone. Stainless steel improves with use, is dishwasher safe, and does not degrade over time the way coated surfaces do.
