The 4 mm durable aluminium body conducts heat rapidly and evenly across the entire oval surface, and the induction-compatible base means it works on every heat source — gas, ceramic, electric, and induction — as well as in the oven.

Three layers of protection, one clean release

The Marble non-stick coating is applied in three layers, each adding wear resistance and heat tolerance up to 260°C. The result is a surface that releases fish cleanly, handles high searing temperatures without degrading, and cleans up with minimal effort. The epoxy-coated steel handle is riveted for durability and provides a secure grip throughout service. Not suitable for dishwasher.
