High power, full control. The HENDI Profi Line 3500W griddle with two independent working areas lets you cook different products at different temperatures simultaneously. The 688 x 410 mm surface — left 462 mm smooth, right 226 mm ribbed — delivers maximum flexibility in a professional kitchen.
The 9 mm hard chrome plate ensures outstanding heat retention and effortless cleaning. Each zone is independently adjustable via a stepless thermostat up to 300°C. Two heating indicator lamps. Designed for continuous use. Housing made from 18/0 stainless steel.
Safety & Convenience
Built-in overheating protection. High backsplashes and a removable drip tray make cleaning straightforward. Power switch with integrated indicator lamp. Non-slip feet for stable placement.
