Materials and safety

The pot is made of aluminium, a durable and recyclable material. The cooking surface has a BPA and PFOA-free non-stick coating for low-fat cooking and easy cleaning. Never immerse the electrical base in water, and make sure the thermostat is fully inserted into its socket. Both sides may cook at different speeds, which is physically normal.
