Unlike many other pizza ovens, the Cozze pizza oven is designed so that the pizza benefits from evenly distributed heat on three sides (bottom and sides). The three gas burners provide one of the best heat distributions on the market for portable gas pizza ovens.
The Cozze pizza oven is equipped with two ignition burners for easy gas lighting, while easy access to the gas control knob on the side of the oven makes heat adjustment as simple as possible.
Gas regulator and gas hose are not included.
