Matte black, brass detail, hammered texture

The MODEL X3 sauté pan and MODEL XB frying pan are equipped with Vargen & Thor’s FROSTSTICK hybrid coating — excellent searing performance combined with reliable non-stick properties, completely PFOA-free. Use wooden or silicone utensils to preserve the surface.
