It started with a trip to Seoul.

A few years ago, we sat around a table in Korea — watching food cook in front of us, passing dishes, slowing down. It wasn't just a meal. It was a different way of being together.
That experience changed how we thought about food, fire, and the people around the table. We brought it home — first into our own family, then into our kitchen, then into something larger.
What began as a personal shift in how we cooked and gathered has grown into a team of people who take food seriously. Not as a trend, but as a tradition worth building. Nutritionists, product specialists, and sourcing partners who share the same conviction: that the right equipment changes the experience.
Today, FyrHeim works with some of the best producers and suppliers in the world — selecting products that meet a standard we'd hold in our own home. Every grill, oven, and cooking system in our range has been evaluated not just for performance, but for what it enables around the table.

We're based in Latvia. We ship across Europe. And we're still driven by the same idea we brought back from Seoul — that cooking together is worth doing well.
