We provide delivery across Europe and offer flexible shipping solutions for custom and international orders.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship to:
- All countries within the European Union (EU)
- Wider European region where shipping is available
If your country is not listed at checkout, or if you require a custom delivery solution, please contact us:
We offer individual shipping arrangements for:
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Large or heavy items
- Custom and made-to-order products
- Business (B2B) and project-based orders
- International deliveries outside Europe
3. Product Types & Delivery Times
We offer two types of products with different delivery timelines:
📦 In-Stock Products
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time:
- 2–5 business days (Northern Europe)
- 3–7 business days (rest of EU)
These items are shipped from our warehouse.
🛠 Made-to-Order Products
- Production time: 6–10 weeks
- Total delivery time: up to 8–12 weeks
These products are:
- Manufactured individually per order
- Shipped directly from the manufacturer or production partner
Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Product size and weight
For certain orders, we may offer:
- Free shipping promotions
- Custom shipping quotes (especially for B2B or bulk orders)
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed after:
- Successful payment confirmation
- Order verification (if required)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Tracking
- Tracking is provided where available
- Some made-to-order shipments may have limited tracking depending on the logistics partner
7. Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately:
- In-stock items may arrive first
- Made-to-order items follow their production timeline
No additional shipping costs will be charged unless clearly stated.
8. Delivery Conditions & Risk
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Risk transfers to the customer when:
- The goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, or
- The goods are delivered to the customer
9. Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Production timelines (especially for custom products)
- High demand
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Customs or regulatory procedures
- External factors beyond our control
We are not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
11. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect information is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
12. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos and order details to:
