LEE KUM KEE Mushroom stock powder 200 g

A spoonful of mushroom stock powder is a handy starting point for a bowl of soup or a quick stir-fry. LEE KUM KEE combines shiitake and button mushroom powders with yeast extract for a savoury mushroom base. Dissolve it in water for broth, or use it directly as a seasoning when the wok is on.

From noodle soup to stir-fried vegetables

Use the prepared stock as a base for noodle soups, vegetable soups or rice dishes. Add the powder directly to stir-fried vegetables, noodles or other wok dishes for savoury depth. The blend contains salt, so take this into account before adding other salty seasonings.

How to use
For stock: dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 350 ml of water.
For stir-fries: use approximately ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) per 300–500 g of ingredients.
