Onion and pepper make a dependable pair for a good roast or a hot grill. THE SPICE LAB spicy onion and pepper seasoning salt combines 26% onion and 8% pepper with paprika, garlic, herbs and warming spices. It brings a pronounced savoury aroma and a spicy edge to meat and vegetables.

For the grill and the roasting tray

Use to season pork, beef or lamb before cooking, or toss with vegetables and a little oil before roasting. It also makes a useful base for a meat marinade. As this is a salt-based blend, season before adding any extra salt.
