A built-in thermometer in the door lets you monitor temperature at a glance, while the adjustable thermostat gives you full control over the smoking process. A rear hot air vent ensures even smoke circulation throughout the chamber.
Ready to Use from Day One
Supplied with 3 stainless steel grids (400x279 mm each) and 3 meat hooks, the oven is fully equipped for immediate use. Hang whole fish, suspend cuts of meat, or lay out vegetables on the grids — the configuration adapts to what you are preparing.
