FUDO Japanese-style soba noodles with buckwheat 250 g

Soba noodles are just as inviting chilled with a dipping sauce as they are in a steaming bowl of broth. FUDO Japanese-style soba combines wheat flour with 15% buckwheat flour for a gently nutty flavour and a soft texture. These thin noodles make a useful base for both light lunches and warm noodle suppers.

Serve warm or chilled

Pair chilled noodles with a soy-based dipping sauce, sliced spring onions and nori, or toss with sesame dressing and crisp vegetables. For a warm meal, add to soup or combine with vegetables, tofu or meat in a wok dish.

How to prepare
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, then drain. Rinse with cold water after cooking to help prevent sticking.
