Three compact, precisely crafted tools for everyday kitchen work — a VAY chopping knife, a THANG nakiri, and MO scissors, all in one set. Lightweight, sharp, and balanced, they make chopping herbs, slicing vegetables, and handling smaller cuts of meat faster and more enjoyable. The MO scissors are forged from a single piece of steel for maximum durability and minimal wear.

Every blade is hand-forged from carbon steel by skilled family blacksmiths in Vietnam using traditional techniques. The handles are made from natural cedar wood — lightweight, sustainable, and pleasant to hold. Each piece carries its own individual character.

Technical details: VAY blade length 12 cm, THANG blade length 12 cm, MO scissors length 10 cm. Blade thickness 1 mm. Material: hand-forged carbon steel blades, cedar wood handles (VAY and THANG), single-piece forged steel scissors. Handmade in Vietnam.

All materials comply with EU safety standards REACH and LFGB and are certified safe for food contact. Production follows eco-conscious, zero-waste principles.

Clean and dry thoroughly after each use. Never dishwasher safe. Keep away from prolonged moisture and acids. Carbon steel blades can be resharpened at home.
