Real copper, aluminium core, stainless steel interior

The exterior is genuine hammered copper — not copper-coloured, but real copper that heats faster than any other cookware material and responds immediately to temperature changes. The 2.5mm aluminium core eliminates hot spots and maintains even heat across the base. The brushed stainless steel interior is uncoated and food-safe — no non-stick surface to degrade, no chemicals to consider. The chrome-plated 201 stainless steel handles stay cool and comfortable. Copper naturally oxidises over time and can be restored with copper polish or lemon and salt.

Lid included, all heat sources

The 304 stainless steel lid is included. Compatible with all stovetops including induction, ceramic, gas, and enamel. Oven safe up to 240°C. Dishwasher safe up to 50°C, though handwashing is recommended to preserve the copper finish.
