The LUNAWAY Bbq Riser Kit is a square enameled cast iron griddle built for versatile, high-performance cooking on ovens, fireplaces, gas hobs, and open flame. Its compact 40 x 40 cm format fits any space, distributes heat evenly, and moves effortlessly from heat source to table. The optional Riser Kit — a wood and aluminum stand with chafing dishes and 200 ml fuel paste — keeps food warm at the table for up to 1.5–2 hours, with no smoke and no odour.

How it works in practice

Use the griddle alone as a solid, versatile cooking surface for steaks, vegetables, fish, and flatbreads. Add the Riser Kit when you want to bring the cooking experience to the table — ideal for shared meals, outdoor entertaining, or restaurant-style presentation. The fuel paste flame is clean and odourless, lasting approximately 1.5–2 hours per use.

Double Black Enamel — built to last

LUNAWAY's Double Black Enameling applies two protective layers of high-tech Matte Porcelain Enamel to the cast iron core. No seasoning required. The surface is 100% rustproof from day one and develops a natural non-stick patina over time. Cleaning requires nothing more than soap and water, or the dishwasher.
