Design & Use

The large 1022×500mm griddle surface handles high-volume cooking with ease. The stainless steel burner assembly is fully disassembled for easy cleaning. A dedicated grease channel leads drippings to a grease collector. The black epoxy-coated frame with 4 wheels (2 with brakes) ensures easy mobility. The deep gas bottle holder keeps the bottle safely stored under the barbecue. Piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple ensure fast, safe start-up.
