The full-length aluminium handle distributes pressure evenly across all 5 moulds in a single press. The Teflon non-stick coating ensures dumplings release cleanly without tearing the dough. Four rubber anti-slip feet keep the maker firmly in place on any surface. Max dumpling diameter: 80 mm, thickness: 21 mm, rim width: 8 mm.

Materials and safety

Body made from brushed stainless steel, handle from aluminium, hinges from stainless steel. Mould surface finished with a Teflon non-stick coating rated for food contact. Food-contact safe and compliant with EC Regulation No 1935/2004. Not dishwasher safe — hand wash only with mild cleaning agents and soft sponges. Do not use without dough inside to protect the coating.
