AROY-D Rice noodles 3 mm 454 g

A tangy dressing, a savoury broth or a sauce from a hot wok: these rice noodles leave room for all three. AROY-D 3 mm rice noodles are made with 90% rice flour and water, with a mild, neutral flavour that takes on the character of the dish. Keep them for noodle salads, soups and stir-fries when you want the sauce and toppings to lead.

For the wok or a cool noodle salad

Toss the cooked noodles with stir-fried vegetables, tofu, chicken or prawns, or serve in a fragrant broth with greens. For a cold salad, pair with cucumber, carrots, fresh herbs and a lime-based dressing.

How to prepare
Place in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes or until soft. Rinse with cold water and drain off excess water.
