Genuine copper, multi-layer construction

Each piece is built from genuine hammered and polished copper with stainless steel layers — a combination that delivers rapid heat response, even distribution, and precise cooking control. Copper heats faster than any other cookware material and responds immediately to temperature changes. The hammered surface adds structural strength and visual depth that polished copper alone does not have. Natural oxidation is a characteristic of real copper and can be restored with copper polish or lemon and salt.

PFOA-free FROSTSTICK on the frying pan

The MODEL Yb frying pan features PFOA-free FROSTSTICK non-stick coating — excellent searing performance, requires less oil, easy to clean. Use wooden or silicone utensils to preserve the surface. Heat gradually for best results.
