The HENDI Kitchen Line food dehydrator dries fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, and herbs at precisely controlled temperatures, locking in nutritional value, aroma, and taste for months. The double-wall polypropylene casing retains heat efficiently, while the quiet internal fan circulates warm air evenly across all seven trays — no rotation needed, no uneven results.

Designed for consistent results

Seven stainless steel grates (305 x 330 mm each, max 500 g per tray) are spaced 35 mm apart and slide out easily for loading and cleaning. The transparent door lets you monitor the process without opening the chamber. A transparent pad is included to catch smaller pieces or collect residue at the bottom. Temperature is adjustable from 35°C to 70°C via the digital display, and the timer runs up to 24 hours in 30-minute intervals.
