THANG — the entry-level knife with a shape familiar to European hands, ideal for fruit, vegetables, garlic, onions, and bread. BUOM — inspired by the Japanese Santoku, the knife of the three virtues, excelling at vegetables, meat, and fish.

Handmade with Character

Every knife is made entirely by hand in small family workshops in Vietnam. Each handle is hand-carved and each blade is cut with large tin snips — no punching, no shortcuts. The knives may have small blemishes that reflect their handmade individuality. These knives are not decorative items. Please take this into account when making your purchase decision.
