How to use it

Use 300g of sauce per 1kg of meat. Marinate pork or beef ribs for 30 to 40 minutes, then grill or pan-fry. The natural sugars caramelise beautifully under heat, creating the characteristic sweet-savoury crust of authentic kalbi. It also works as a stir-fry sauce — add directly to the pan with meat and vegetables and cook to taste. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
