Genuine copper, stainless steel layers

The exterior is genuine hammered and polished copper — not copper-coloured, not copper-coated, but real copper that conducts heat faster than any other cookware material. The multi-layer stainless steel construction underneath ensures even heat distribution and structural durability. Natural oxidation may occur over time and can be restored with copper polish or lemon and salt — a characteristic of real copper, not a defect.

PFOA-free FROSTSTICK coating on the pans

The sauté pan and frying pan feature PFOA-free FROSTSTICK non-stick coating — no perfluorooctanoic acid, designed for clean release and easy maintenance. Heat gradually for best results; avoid pouring cold water into hot pans.
