The HENDI Profi Line food dehydrator is the step up from home appliances. With a stainless steel housing, 1000W of power, and ten full-size grates, it handles large batches of fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, and meat with consistent, even results. The quiet fan circulates warm air throughout the chamber without requiring you to rotate trays — load it, set it, and let it run.

Precise control, transparent process

Temperature is adjustable from 35°C to 75°C in 5°C increments via the digital control panel, and the timer runs up to 24 hours in 30-minute intervals. The transparent door lets you monitor progress without opening the chamber and disrupting the cycle. Ten stainless steel grates (395 x 380 mm each) slide out easily for loading and cleaning, and the included pad prevents smaller pieces from falling through.
