KHO KHAN is the large version of the classic Asian chef's knife. It is used for cutting and chopping meat and crunchy vegetables. It is very suitable for hard and thick cuttings such as cassava, sweet potatoes, beef or tubers such as celery or beetroot. With the wide blade you can easily pick up a lot of food and transport it to the pan or wok.

The HEP with the strong and rigid blade is clearly qualified for cutting and slicing meat. It is not only suitable as a carving or roasting knife, but also works for cutting bread, cheese or fish.

The VAY is ideal for chopping herbs and spices, similar to the familiar chopping knife. Leafy vegetables, carrots, pumpkin and cabbage can also be easily processed with VAY.

The knives are made entirely by hand by small family businesses in Vietnam. Each handle is carved by hand and the blades are cut out with large tin snips without punching. The knives may have small blemishes. However, these do not reduce their suitability for everyday use and operational strength, but rather enhance their individuality and specialness.
