Garlic, pepper and parsley make a good starting point for dinner. THE SPICE LAB spicy garlic and pepper seasoning is a sea salt-based blend with 22% pepper, 12% garlic and 5% parsley. Peppery warmth and savoury garlic lead the flavour, with ginger, coriander, turmeric and fenugreek adding aromatic depth.

For the pan, oven or grill

Use to season chicken, lamb or fish before cooking, or toss with vegetables and a little oil before roasting. It is just as useful for a quick chicken supper as for a tray of vegetables to share. As this blend already contains sea salt, take it into account before adding extra salt.
