The LUNAWAY Bbq Grate 545 is built from two independent semicircular elements in high-quality enameled cast iron. Its standard 54.5 cm diameter makes it a direct professional upgrade for the most common barbecues — Kettle, Kamado, and Kettle BBQ — while its modular design opens up cooking possibilities that no standard grate can match. Each half can be removed or replaced individually, allowing you to create distinct cooking zones or integrate specific accessories mid-cook.

How it works in practice

Use both halves together as a full-surface grill for steaks, whole fish, vegetables, and large cuts. Remove one half to insert a BBQ Plate 300 for simultaneous direct and indirect cooking. Pair with the BBQ Frame to cook over open flame or any heat source without a barbecue. Add the BBQ Adapter ring to build a second cooking level with smaller grates and plates. The system grows with your needs.

Double Black Enamel — built to last

LUNAWAY's Double Black Enameling applies two protective layers of high-tech Matte Porcelain Enamel to the cast iron core. No seasoning required. The surface is 100% rustproof from day one and develops a natural non-stick patina over time. Cleaning requires nothing more than soap and water, or the dishwasher.
