A professional pizza oven that fits anywhere. The HENDI Compact Silver pizza oven with chamotte stone floor delivers an authentically crispy pizza base — ideal for small kitchens, pop-up spots and food trucks. Pizzas up to ø39 cm, bread, lasagna — all from one compact unit.

The chamotte stone accumulates heat and ensures even cooking. Two heating elements (one above, one below the chamber), each 1000W, independently adjustable from 50 to 350°C. The door features a window — monitor the cooking process without opening the oven. The door can be opened without interrupting the heating. Timer up to 120 minutes or continuous mode. Housing made from 18/0 stainless steel.
