Two sides, full control, no compromise

The HENDI Kitchen Line deep fryer gives you two independent 4-litre frying zones in one compact unit. Each side has its own 3000W heating element and its own power supply, so you can fry chips on one side and snacks on the other simultaneously — at different temperatures, without flavour transfer. Both sides heat up fast and hold temperature precisely, with the thermostat adjustable up to 190°C in 20°C increments.

Built to protect oil and operator

A built-in cold zone at the base of each tank collects food particles away from the heating element, extending oil life significantly during long frying cycles. The security thermostat prevents overheating, and the overheat protection with reset function adds a second layer of safety. Each heating element switches off automatically when lifted, and the heating indicator lamp shows clearly when the element is active. The removable oil container and removable elements make end-of-service cleaning straightforward.
