BLUE DRAGON Rice paper 134 g

BLUE DRAGON rice paper comes in thin, round sheets made with rice and tapioca flours. A brief dip in hot water makes each sheet flexible and ready to wrap around your chosen filling.

Fill, roll and dip

Try cooked rice noodles, cooked prawns, lettuce and avocado with chopped mint and coriander. Serve with hoisin sauce for dipping. The translucent wrappers let the colours of the filling show through, making these rolls just as inviting on a shared platter as in a lunchbox.

How to prepare
Dip one sheet in hot water for approximately 10–15 seconds, until soft and easy to fold. Lift out and place on a dry board. Add the filling in the centre, fold the bottom and sides over it, then roll upwards to form a neat roll.
