A good steak needs seasoning that complements the meat, not a long list of extras at the stove. THE SPICE LAB spicy steak seasoning combines 40% pepper with salt, paprika, garlic and onion for a robust, savoury flavour. Thyme, basil and allspice add herbal and warming notes.

For a hot pan or grill

Use to season steaks before pan-frying or grilling, or mix into a marinade for beef. Try it on roasted vegetables alongside the meat, too. This is a salt-based blend, so take it into account before adding any extra salt.
