Cuttlefish ink 500 g
Deep black colour and a salty taste of the sea: cuttlefish ink changes both the look and flavour of a dish. This preparation contains 40% cuttlefish ink and is used during cooking to colour rice, pasta and sauces. It is a particularly good fit when seafood is at the centre of the meal.
Black rice, pasta and seafood sauces
Use for Spanish-style black rice, seafood risotto or a dark sauce for pasta. Pair with squid, cuttlefish or prawns, letting the ink bring colour and a briny note rather than adding extra seasoning without tasting.
How to use
Dilute and add to the dish during cooking. Use 1 g of ink preparation per 100 g of finished food.
