AROY-D Chinese-style yellow wheat noodles 454 g

A hot pan, a few vegetables and a good sauce are all these noodles need for a simple supper. AROY-D Chinese-style yellow noodles are made with wheat flour and turmeric, with a mild wheat flavour that suits savoury sauces and broths. Boil until soft, then finish in the pan or serve in soup.

For a vegetable stir-fry or noodle soup

Toss with cabbage, carrots and mushrooms, or add chicken, prawns or tofu. Soy-based, oyster or chilli sauces make useful partners. For a gentler bowl, serve the cooked noodles in broth with greens and sliced spring onions.

How to prepare
Place in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes until soft. Rinse with cold water, then use as desired.

A simple stir-fry
For 100 g cooked noodles, use 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 200 g vegetables of your choice, ½ teaspoon sugar and ½ teaspoon sauce of your choice. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables and stir-fry. Add the sugar, sauce and cooked noodles, then toss thoroughly until heated through. Serve hot.
